The Problem

Digital experiences that fail to match the price tag.

In the ultra-luxury real estate market, the digital browsing experience often falls flat, mimicking standard property listings that feel transactional and uninspired. Wealthy buyers looking at high-end apartments in Saudi Arabia expect a white-glove, immersive experience before they ever step foot in a building. The challenge was to design a UI concept that didn't just list amenities, but actually evoked the prestige and exclusivity of the physical properties.

The Approach

Spatial design and concierge-level UX.

To elevate the experience, I stepped away from standard grid layouts and focused on spatial design and premium typography. I integrated interactive 3D floor plans directly into the primary user flow, allowing buyers to visualize the space dynamically rather than relying on flat images. To maintain the "white-glove" service expectation, I designed a seamless, high-touch communication flow, enabling direct, instant chats with property recruiters and frictionless buy/rent pathways right from the property view.
